Individual Coaching

 

I support you with deep listening, intuitive guidance, a compassionate presence and a toolkit of simple mind and body techniques to relax reactivity and enhance creativity.

Personalized coaching combines mindfulness, meditation and mind-body awareness approaches to help you deepen awareness of how you relate to your life experiences. Coaching sessions provide a warm and confidential space for you to examine inherent beliefs and emotional patterns that drive behavior, and gain insight into how patterns are perpetuated. With greater awareness of your unique conditioning, you begin to calibrate your mind-body system to reduce symptoms of stress and overwhelm, enhance calm, align with personal aspirations, and improve health and vitality.

One-hour sessions can include any combination of the following.

  • Practice techniques to restore, stabilize and ground in your body

  • Examine limiting beliefs and perceptions that contribute to reactivity and unwanted consequences and practice establishing new thought patterns that support the mind/body towards what matters most

  • Process, metabolize and regulate emotional energy

  • Practice customized meditation exercises to strengthen and focus attention and relax the mind’s restless tendencies.

  • Practice feeling the way you want to feel, and doing things that cultivate those desired feelings.

  • For individuals with existing mindfulness and meditation experience, deepen and personalize your practice and integrate it into your life.

How does a coaching session work?

 

Coaching is a collaborative process in which you, as the client, take an active role in relaying and exploring a personal issue, and I, as the coach, provide empathic listening, supportive questioning, and customized mind-and body awareness strategies to promote insight, enhance awareness and inspire change. Together we will uncover insights and enhance awareness as you shift into healthier, more aligned ways of being.

Coaching isn’t a substitute for therapy. It is not for people with serious emotional or mental problems. It is about aligning attention, intention and energy for healing and transformation.

Coaching sessions are one-hour and available via telephone or Zoom Video Conferencing. You schedule a session and receive a confirmation email with call-in or log-in details. Sessions include customized practices and practical action-oriented invitations to support you in your journey. 

You will receive an electronic invoice prior to your scheduled session.

During sessions it helps to be in a quiet space if possible.
