The Mindfulness Meditation Circle at Healing Arts Studio provides a supportive space to share in the experience of meditation and connect with fellow meditators while enriching personal practice.
Monthly sessions include guided practice, topics for discussion and personal exploration and experimentation with bringing mindfulness into personal life.
