Group programs and workshops are topic oriented and include didactic instruction, interactive discussion and experiential practice of various mind- and body-awareness techniques.

Mindfulness meditation groups are a wonderful support for connecting with others who also have a wish to practice mindfulness and to share and deepen the experience of meditation. Groups provide community, accountability and a supportive space to connect while enriching personal practice.
Join me once/monthly on Sunday evenings to practice mindfulness meditation in a supportive, group environment and to experience the benefits of group practice. Monthly sessions will include guided practice and specific topics for discussion and personal exploration and experimentation with bringing mindfulness into unique life circumstances.
We often miss, ignore or override the subtle signals from our bodies and minds that are rich with information that is communicated moment by moment and informs us about how we're doing. This 6-part series will introduce you to some tools to help you notice how your inner experience impacts your behavior, often outside of your conscious awareness. Each workshop will include didactic information, experiential exercises, and some time for discussion and questions. You will learn how entering into your inner world with mindful awareness can be a doorway to personal transformation.

1. Live, Onsite at the Historic Jenkintown Library:
The Jenkintown Library is delighted to host this 6-part series that will take place from Fall 2016 through Spring 2017. Each session will meet Tuesday evening in the Community Room from 7:30-8:30pm. Cost: $10/session (plus a small registration fee). Register for one, some or all.
